A much-anticipated performance by folk ‘supergroup’ Spell Songs, featuring the collaborative genius of Karine Polwart, Julie Fowlis, Seckou Keita, Kris Drever, Rachel Newton, Beth Porter and Jim Molyneux, with live painting by award-winning artist Jackie Morris.

Spell Songs is the musical evolution of the iconic Lost Words and Lost Spells books, and more recently the Book of Birds, by Robert Macfarlane and Jackie Morris. This uplifting performance will expertly blend virtuosic kora, electroharp, cello, Indian harmonium and more, and include a wealth of beautiful new songs from the band’s third studio album In Thin Air (released on 4 September) alongside favourites from The Lost Words Spell Songs and Spell Songs II, Let The Light In.
