Album of the Week
The Gaelic singer has a voice as clear as sunlight after an Atlantic storm. Her vocal subtleties and nuances on these songs from the Hebrides, Perthshire and her native Uist are matched by her touring band on bodhran, bouzouki, guitar and fiddle, alongside Eddi Reader on a fine Anglo-Gaelic reading of "The Wind and Rain".
