Dual

This is a exciting collaborative project between Julie and Irish singer Muireann Nic Amhlaoibh with Muireann's colleague from Danú Éamon Doorley and Scotsman Ross Martin. Friends for years, they explore the close links between the music and song traditions from Scotland and Ireland. To date they have released one album to critical acclaim and have toured extensively throughout Scotland, Ireland and England, plus select appearances in Switzerland at the international Festival 'Stimmen'. They also were the very first musical act to appear on the launch night of BBC ALBA, Scotland's dedicated Gaelic language channel. They are currently taking bookings and looking at touring again extensively in Summer 2012.
